Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School is based in state-of-the-art facilities in Blackrock. The school was named ‘Best Cookery School in Ireland’ in 2013 & 2015 at the Irish Restaurant Awards. Our programme involves day, weekend and evening courses as well as our full-time Professional Three Month Certificate course. Senior Cookery Tutor

We are currently looking for a Senior Tutor who has a wealth of interesting restaurant/teaching experience and who can inspire a passion for food and cookery to cooks of all abilities. Applicant needs to be organised, energetic and with lots of get up and go. Needs to work very well with our team and have the ability to encourage and motivate. Candidate must have extensive and interesting restaurant/teaching experience and show the ability to run a kitchen and all that it entails. Assistant Cookery Tutor

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated culinary graduate/chef who would love the opportunity to pass on your passion to others? Supporting our Senior Tutors, we are looking for a positive and energetic person and who would fit into our small, hardworking and dynamic team. Candidate must have some previous catering, café or restaurant experience, irrespective of having completed a full-time certified cookery course.
