Gift vouchers cannot be discounted in conjunction with this offer. 20% offer on cookery classes only applies to Evening classes running between Wednesday 11th January and Friday 31st March 2017 and One Day classes running between Saturday 25th February and Saturday 29th April 2017. Offer expires at 5pm, Monday 23rd January 2017 (prices return to RRP after 5pm on Monday 23rd January 2017). This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to end this offer at any time and are able to remove specific courses from the offer at any time. This offer cannot be transferred. If you wish to transfer, the difference to make up the price to the full RRP will be applied. Aside from this, normal cancellation and booking conditions apply.
For the Three Month Certificate course, a deposit of 10% of the full fee is payable at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the course.
For the One Month Certificate course, a deposit of €750 is payable at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the course.
One Month & Three Month Certificate course students who have been absent for more than 5 days may be excluded from examinations.
For all other courses the full fee must be paid at the time of booking or the school can not guarantee a place. Should the course of your choice be fully booked, please place yourselves on a waiting list and we will contact you if a cancellation occurs.
All cheque payments to be made out to Dublin Cookery School. Card payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD or LASER through our online booking system or by authorisation (verbal or written) through the office. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed directly online. If you wish to redeem a voucher, email or call us with your voucher number and course choice and we will forward you on a booking confirmation.
The course fee for Evening, One Day and One Week courses will be refunded (less a €25 administration fee) if written cancellation is received no less than four weeks before the start of a course. No refunds will be made for places cancelled within four weeks of the start of a course and payments will not be transferred to other courses. No refunds will be made for gift vouchers bought.
If a student wishes to cancel a place on the Three Month or One Month course, the school will make a full refund less 20% of the total course fee to cover administration costs, provided that cancellation in writing reaches Dublin Cookery School not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the course. For cancellations within 8 weeks of the course start, the student remains liable for the full fees. If the student leaves prior to completion of the course, no refund shall be given.
Withdrawal from any course due to illness, travel problems or any other reason, does not lead to any form of refund. Personal insurance is recommended to cover you not being able to attend or complete a course. Places can be transferred to another person.
HYGIENE, HEALTH & SAFETY
In the interests of both hygiene and safety, you are advised to wear appropriate clothing, including low-heeled shoes with a non-slip sole.
Dublin Cookery School shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by the school, its agents or employees.
If a student is considered by Dublin Cookery School to be unsuitable for any reason, the student may be required to leave, either immediately or within a specified time.
DATES AND FEES
Dublin Cookery School reserves the right to alter the timing or content of any course, to substitute any teacher, or to cancel a course at any time. The right is reserved to make alterations to all course fees and dates given in brochures or on the Internet. Notification will be given as soon as possible in the event of such changes. In circumstances in which a course is cancelled, the fee can be returned or an alternative course chosen.
