TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS
For the one month full time course, a deposit of 25% of the full fee is payable at time of booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks in advance of the start of the course.
For all other courses the full fee must be paid at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
All payments should be made to the "Dublin Cookery School". Cheques are acceptable or authorisation (verbal or written) can be given to make charges using VISA or MASTERCARD.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The course fees (or booking fee in respect of the longer courses) will be refunded (less a €25 administration fee) if written cancellation is received six weeks before the start of a course. No refunds will be made for places cancelled within four weeks of the start of a course. Payments cannot be transferred to other courses. Withdrawal from a course, for whatever reason, does not lead to any form of refund. Personal insurance is recommended to cover you not being able to attend or complete a course for any reason (such as illness or travel problems). Places can be transferred to another person.
HYGIENE, HEALTH & SAFETY
In the interests of both hygiene and safety, you are advised to wear appropriate clothing, including low-heeled shoes with a non-slip sole.
DATES AND FEES
The Dublin Cookery School reserves the right to alter the timing or content of any course, to substitute any teacher, or to cancel a course at any time. The right is reserved to make alterations to all course fees and dates given in brochures or on the Internet. Notification will be given as soon as possible in the event of such changes. In circumstances in which a course is cancelled, the fee can be returned or an alternative course chosen.
