We offer over 30 different Evening cookery class titles throughout the year for you to choose from. These classes cover a variety of different global cuisines including Italian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai and World Street Food.

We also run specialist Fish, Pasta, Baking, Chocolate, Breadmaking and Patisserie classes for those of you wanting to specialise in these areas. With the support of our tutors, start building your knowledge around a few staple recipes that will allow you to begin cooking with confidence. As with all our courses, recipes will be thoroughly demonstrated in advance before you move into the hands-on area to recreate the dishes. This course will be an invaluable starting point for your future culinary endeavours and will give you the know-how to start branching out and experimenting at home.

    Mexican food’s popularity is down to it being exciting, vibrant and absolutely delicious! We’ll start you off learning how to make traditional corn tortillas and from there take you through the building blocks of authentic Mexican cookery and its wide use of fresh chillies, herbs and spices. Get to grips with making salsas – an important accompaniment to any Mexican dish, fish steamed in banana leaves, zesty ceviche, tostadas, empanadas and to round the evening off, a couple of famous regional desserts.

    At Dublin Cookery School we take pizzas very, very seriously. We start with a great dough which needs good technique to perfect. Then we move to sauces, just enough to cover the base. And then to the toppings. This is where we get creative, not by piling high but by working out some stunning combinations – original gourmet toppings: candied shallots, confit of garlic, homemade ricotta, herb oils, a variation of pestos, oven roasted tomatoes and many more. Master all the elements of pizza-making and you will have the confidence to develop your own unique recipes.  After this course, we promise that you will never think of pizza in the same way again.  We can almost smell those wonderful aromas already!
