We offer over 20 different One Day cookery class titles throughout the year for you to choose from. These classes cover off a variety of different global cuisines including Italian, Middle Eastern, Thai, Indian and World Street Food.

    Due to popular demand, we have expanded this evening course title into a one day course. This is all about how to fool your friends with the simplest of recipes. No real cheating involved but there are great tips and shortcuts for reaching the level of fine dining without spending all day at the stove. We will show you how to prepare an elaborate meal with the minimum of effort so you can feel quite professional. As our Senior Tutors have worked in cutting edge up-and-coming restaurants, here and abroad, this one day course will be practical, fascinating and great fun. As with all our one day courses, a wonderful lunch and couple of glasses of wine complete the day.
