The 3,000 square foot design has made it possible to create three distinct sections including a Demo Kitchen, Hands-On Kitchen, and intimate Dining Room.

This is a very exciting time to be here in Ireland. The country is beaming with local producers, artisan breweries, and chefs returning home from stints around the world, thrilled to share what they’ve gathered in their travels with a ravenous public.
From bakers, cheese-makers, butchers, and Michelin star chefs, we have great connections and friends in the industry and regularly call on key people to join our team to give you the very best of what the country has to offer.
