Our award-winning school is situated in the historic seaside suburb of Blackrock two miles down the coast from Dublin city centre. Our professional, state-of-the-art studio is modern, spacious, and full of light which combines to create a delightful environment in which to work.

The 3,000 square foot design has made it possible to create three distinct sections including a Demonstration Kitchen, Hands-On Kitchen, and intimate Dining Room.

This is a very exciting time to be here in Ireland. The country is beaming with local producers, artisan breweries, and chefs returning home from stints around the world, thrilled to share what they’ve gathered in their travels with a ravenous public.

From bakers, cheese-makers, butchers, and Michelin star chefs, we have great connections and friends in the industry and regularly call on key people to join our team to give you the very best of what the country has to offer. Every day, our students cook with top quality, fresh ingredients giving them a real appreciation of what thoughtful cooking tastes like.

Since 1998, Artisan Foods has been working with the best chefs and kitchens around the country sourcing the finest Irish and international ingredients available in season.
No pesticides are used at John Seager's Derryvilla Blueberry Farm and their delicious, naturally grown berries are supplied directly to fruit traders or sold at Farmleigh Food Market.
A pioneer of Irish oysters, the Harty family has lived and worked here for over six generations since 1835 and our students regularly visit Harty Oysters in Dungarvin on our 12 Week Certificate Course.
St. Tola Organic Goat Cheese is known internationally as one of the premium artisan products in Ireland. It has been handmade in the townland of Inagh, just south of the Burren in County Clare since the early 1980s.
Wild Irish Game is a totally Irish owned, family run company who have been processing all species of wild game in Glenmalure, County Wicklow since 1997.
