Following the latest government-issued regulations, all of our recreational classes including our Evening and 1-Day Courses are on pause. Currently, we aim to re-start classes on Monday 1 February 2021 but this timeline is under constant reassessment. We will be in touch with everyone individually in the next few weeks to organize respective rebookings and must thank you very sincerely for your continued support and patience. We really look forward to seeing you all in the new year. Rest assured, when we re-open, our COVID protocol will continue to be firmly in place!

Whether you join us for an Evening, Day, or Week-Long Course, the structure of each balances two fundamental approaches to learning in the kitchen: open forum cookery demonstrations and all-inclusive hands-on sessions.

Cooking as a life long education

All of our individual courses are created to help you become more fluent in the kitchen. No matter what your level—whether you are enthusiastic but new to it all, a savvy home cook, or a big food lover with limited time to spare—all of our classes are intimate and personal enough to seriously help you along your way.

One of our greatest hopes is to inspire more cooking and learning in the kitchen.
