We've been honing our courses since 2007 allowing you to explore the diversity of Asian cuisine and work your way around the map one class at a time. From sushi, tempura and ramen with Ken Komatsu, to hand-folded dumplings with Janet Liu; the distinctive flavours of Korean and Vietnamese cuisine, to the wok work of Thai stir-fries.
