These 2 day courses (Friday & Saturday) are a perfect mini snapshot for those who only have a couple of days here or there to spare.
For all our junior kitchen stars out there, join us for an immersion into baking, where we'll dive into the world of butter and flour. You can expect both group baking projects and solo work, and a spectacular 2-day summer layer cake project.
There will be warm goodies to devour straight out of the oven and other lovely nuggets that you can ferry home to share with family.
