These 2 day courses (Friday & Saturday) are a perfect mini snapshot for those who only have a couple of days here or there to spare.
This course is where East meets West as we play around with an exciting range of dishes inspired by Japanese flavours and ingredients, all with a global twist. We'll tie everything together and get you into the full spirit of adventure as we square off our favourites to see which flavours reign supreme!
Think . . . Californian roll versus sushi pizza, ramen versus soba noodles, karaage (aka deep-fried chicken) versus tempura! This is the battle of the best, where everyone comes away well-fed.
And yes, we'll be sure to include a few fun and unique Japanese summer sweet treats to complete each day.
