We now have 4 Sessions for our Growing Gourmets Junior Summer Camp. Each 'Session' contains different course content and they do not need to be taken in sequence! Just choose one you have not done before. Lunch is provided each day.
On our popular summer cookery camps, each session features a menu full of delicious dishes designed to help our students explore, share, learn, discover, and play with new ideas and flavours in the kitchen with the support of our friendly and experienced tutors. On our Junior Summer Camp Session 3, students aged 11-14 are invited to join us for 4 days of cooking, baking, and general kitchen merrymaking.
Course runs Monday to Thursday.

Your course itinerary
| 09:45 AM – 10:00 AM | Welcome to Dublin Cookery School. There’s a lot on the agenda every day so everyone is encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the course start-time in order for the whole group to jump into action together! |
| 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | We generally start our classes in our modern, mirror-lined Demo Kitchen. The lead tutor will introduce our special plans for the day and then jump right in to the delicious tasks at hand. In our Growing Gourmet classes, we keep things active and alternate throughout the day between the Demo and Hands-On kitchens with plenty of tastings in between. In our practical sessions, we organize the students so that everyone works in pairs with specific tasks assigned to each person. Everyone will receive their own recipe packs for all the dishes we cover and accumulate quite the collection by the end of the week! |
| 2:00 – 2:30 PM | This is when we clean up and wrap up! On our last day of the week, the mood is quite festive and by this time, there will be many new friends made. Thank you so much for spending your week with us and we wish all our young gourmands many happy cooking adventures to come. |
