Transition Year Cooking Courses

Transition Year Cooking Courses

Transition Year is the year for trying things. One for the calendar is four days in a working kitchen: knife skills, how a kitchen runs, and the techniques to feed yourself properly when they leave home.

Our Essential Skills programme runs over four days in term time, for Transition Year students only. They cook their way through Italy, France, Mexico and India, and finish with a Food Safety HACCP Level 1 certificate.
