To prepare the Taleggio, Parma Ham & Rocket Canapes with Honey Dressing

Cut the parma into 2 slices, each about 2cm wide. Lay out five of the ham slices.

Slice the taleggio into 20 even-sized narrow batons, c.2cm long.Place a piece of cheese and 2-3 rocket leaves at the top of each slice of Parma ham (horizontally).

Roll the cheese and rocket tightly within the parma ham. The aim is that the rolls are all the same size, with some of the cheese and rocket visible at either end of the parcel. Repeat for all canapés.

Make a dressing with olive oil, honey, and seasoning. Place the taleggio, parma ham rolls on a serving platter and drizzle over the dressing.


  • Serves 20
  • 10 slices of parma ham (at least 4 cm wide)
  • 200g taleggio (or any semi-soft cheese)
  • 200g rocket leaves
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 50ml honey
  • Salt and pepper
