Watermelon Lime Sodas
We’ve discovered that this makes a great cocktail base for Campari lovers. When making Campari sodas, replace the soda water with this watermelon lime soda for a cocktail that will have Negroni-fans super excited. We recommend one Campari shot for every small / 200ml glass.

Makes approx. 1 litre of cordial
Mix together all the cordial ingredients and chill.
Fill your beautiful and funky cut glassware with large ice cubes.
Top about halfway with the watermelon-lime cordial.
Finish with sparkling water, to taste!
Ingredients
750ml watermelon juice
100ml lime juice
100ml simple stock syrup
50ml orange juice
Large ice cubes
Sparking water, to top up or to taste
Campari (optional)
