We offer over 30 different Evening cookery class titles throughout the year for you to choose from. These classes cover a variety of different global cuisines including Italian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai and World Street Food.

We also run specialist Fish, Pasta, Baking, Chocolate, Breadmaking and Patisserie classes for those of you wanting to specialise in these areas.     We think that it’s great tradition to make at least one Friday night a month a delectable social affair full of good music, good drinks, and fab food.

    Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered! These supper clubs are one of our favourite classes to host because they’re so cheerful and festive and it generally feels like we’ve opened our doors to really great company. So come on over! This night is your official excuse to lighten your workload and put your stresses aside (until Monday at least). When you arrive you can expect to be fortified with a fine glass of wine accompanied by a light and lively demonstration of the evening’s unique menu. After this, we’ll usher you into the hands-on kitchen and of course get you involved in the best bits. We’ll then have you sit down in our cozy dining room where you can rest your weary feet and enjoy some delicious food and (delicious) company at leisure.     Sushi has become one of those culturally iconic dishes that has transformed itself the world over. Countless outstanding variations of its original self exists and we’re all the richer for it. While much of this Mediterranean-inspired menu is suited to quick preparation, you can expect to see one or two dishes bubbling away quietly in the back for longer, more peaceful stretches of time to help build flavour in surprisingly simple ways.     We think that it’s great tradition to make at least one Friday night a month a delectable social affair full of good music, good drinks, and fab food.

    Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered! These supper clubs are one of our favourite classes to host because they’re so cheerful and festive and it generally feels like we’ve opened our doors to really great company. So come on over! This night is your official excuse to lighten your workload and put your stresses aside (until Monday at least). When you arrive you can expect to be fortified with a fine glass of wine accompanied by a light and lively demonstration of the evening’s unique menu. After this, we’ll usher you into the hands-on kitchen and of course get you involved in the best bits. We’ll then have you sit down in our cozy dining room where you can rest your weary feet and enjoy some delicious food and (delicious) company at leisure. Be sure to make your reservations early as this is a monthly affair and often books out many weeks in advance. Our supper clubs are highly suitable for both groups as well as those flying solo. Trust us when we say that you just never know who you might meet in your travels here as our kitchen has sparked many a happy friendship indeed.

    We love incorporating grains in our menus and we find it really exciting to come across a grain we’re unfamiliar with, especially when we see them all the time at our local grocer’s. Now it’s easy to think of certain grains as elusive or exotic fare but lucky for us, most are far more commonplace than you think. Come do a little exploration with us and find out which easy-to-source grains have stood the test of time and how you can make them a regular and delicious addition to your dinner table. There’s no reason why eating really well shouldn’t look and taste beautiful.
