Don't turn over a new leaf. Sharpen a new edge.

But motivation is exhausting. Skill is permanent.

When you are fighting a blunt knife, struggling with a sticky dough, or guessing the heat of a pan, cooking is a chore. We teach you the mechanics of the kitchen so you can stop relying on effort and start relying on competence.
